Questions teams ask us
What happens to my links if I run out of credits?
They keep working. Running out only pauses creating new links and the analytics view until you top up or your plan renews. Existing links never stop redirecting.
What is a credit?
Creating a link costs 1 credit and includes its first 1,000 clicks. After that, each additional 1,000 clicks on that link uses 1 credit. Paid plans include a monthly allowance, and you can top up any time.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Starter and above. Add a subdomain such as links.yourbrand.com, create one CNAME record, and we issue and renew the HTTPS certificate for you.
We used Firebase Dynamic Links. Can we move to ivlink?
Yes. Firebase Dynamic Links has been shut down, and ivlink covers the core use case: one link that routes per platform with analytics. Book a demo and we'll help plan the move.
Do you support deferred deep linking and mobile SDKs?
They're on our roadmap and in active development. Today ivlink routes taps to your app or website and measures every click.
How does billing work?
Pay monthly or yearly in INR through Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking). Upgrades apply immediately and you only pay the difference; downgrades apply at the end of the period. Every payment comes with a downloadable invoice.
