How credits work
Pay for what you create, not for seats you don't use
Credits are spent in a fair order: signup gift first, then your plan's monthly credits, then top-ups. Plan credits reset each period; top-ups last 12 months.

Billing questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign up, verify your email and you get 1,000 credits to use for 90 days.
What if I go over my credits?
Top up any time with credit packs that last 12 months. If you do run out, existing links keep working; only new link creation pauses.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades apply at the end of the period, and nothing is deleted.
How do I pay?
Through Razorpay: credit and debit cards, UPI and netbanking. Subscriptions renew automatically and you can cancel any time from Billing.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. You get a full refund within 7 days of a plan payment if you haven't used any of that payment's credits.
Will I get an invoice?
Every payment generates a downloadable invoice with your company details. Add your legal name, address and GSTIN in Billing.
