Service Delivery Policy

ivlink is software you use online. There's nothing to ship.

1. How the service is delivered

ivlink is a software-as-a-service product accessed through our website, dashboard, API and SDKs. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses are involved.

2. When you get access

  • Accounts are available as soon as you sign up. Free credits are added when you verify your email.
  • Paid plans and credit top-ups are activated within a few minutes of a successful payment, usually instantly.
  • Invoices are available in Billing straight after payment.
  • Custom domains go live once your DNS record is in place and the HTTPS certificate is issued, usually within minutes.

3. If something doesn't arrive

If a plan or credits don't appear within 30 minutes of a successful payment, email help@ivrs.app with your payment reference. We will fix it or refund you in full.
